Cancellation and lateness policy

To insure the best possible service at Emporium our barbers work with strict schedule due to high demand for our services. In order to respect that schedule and our clientele, we ask everyone to be on time for there appointments. If you can't be at your appointment on time because of an unexpected delay please text us (514-439-0898) or email us at info@emporiumbarbershop.com. After 15 minutes, it will be up to your barber to decide if he can still fit you in his schedule.

Please note that for all appointments cancelled less than 24h notice, fees representing 50% of the services will be added to the next visit.
